This one hour sound healing is the result of a collaboration between Natalie and Petra Galligan of Soundwise UK, along with a complete harmonic collection of Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls.

The mp3 recording has the benefit of being able to be used as one session or two shorter sessions. The first sound elixir (33 mins) includes a period of silence which provides space to integrate the energies, before the second emerges (25 mins).

Headphones/earbuds are recommended, along with self care and keeping well hydrated afterwards.

The MP3 downloads are designed for deep relaxation and for use with headphones. Find yourself a warm, comfortable place to rest, with the head and neck fully supported, something under your knees if you like. An eyebag (or eye covering) and blanket can also assist relaxation.
